Advanced Search is looking for an accomplished Head Baker to lead bakery operations at a luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. This hands‑on leadership role blends artisan baking mastery with the ability to mentor a production team to the highest culinary standards.

The position offers a tax‑free package of about USD 52,000 per year, including housing and transportation allowances, annual leave, private medical insurance, and a return travel ticket.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Baker or Senior Baker in luxury hotel or premium bakery.
• Expert knowledge of artisan bread, sourdough, laminated doughs, and advanced techniques.
• Proven leadership and kitchen team development.
• Creative product development with focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume luxury kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery production to highest quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Develop and refine bread, viennoiserie, and baked goods per culinary direction.
• Collaborate on menu innovation and seasonal programming.
• Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and daily production planning.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Maintain bakery equipment and ensure smooth operations across service.
