The position offers a tax‑free package of about USD 52,000 per year, including housing and transportation allowances, annual leave, private medical insurance, and a return travel ticket.

We are looking for an accomplished Head Baker to lead all baking operations at a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining deep technical expertise in artisan baking with the ability to develop, inspire, and manage a production team to the highest culinary standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead all bakery production to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Develop and refine bread, viennoiserie, and baked goods offerings in line with the property's culinary direction
• Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary leadership on menu innovation and seasonal programming
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior bakers and kitchen support staff
• Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and daily production planning
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Maintain bakery equipment and ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout all service periods

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium bakery
• Expert knowledge of artisan bread‑making, sourdough, laminated doughs, and advanced baking techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a kitchen team
• Creative approach to product development with an uncompromising commitment to quality and precision
• Ability to perform at a high standard in a fast‑paced, high-volume luxury kitchen environment
• Culinary or baking qualification preferred
