Head Baker

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Doha. This position is suitable for men, preferably of Indian nationality, who have a passion for baking and can communicate fluently in English.

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations. This includes creating and implementing new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining quality control, and training and supervising other bakers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a baker, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with customers.
