Head Baker in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, oversees all baking operations to ensure high-quality products for our customers.

You will train and supervise a team of bakers, develop new recipes, manage production schedules, and coordinate with sales and marketing for promotions. A degree in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred; visa sponsorship is provided for international candidates.

Head Baker

As the Head Baker for our bakery in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. You will work closely with our team of bakers to ensure that our bakery produces high-quality baked goods that meet our customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new recipes for our bakery's product line
• Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring that they follow proper baking techniques and adhere to food safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to create new products and promotions
• Ensure that all baked goods are consistently produced to meet quality standards
• Manage production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing waste
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of baking equipment
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients

Compensation

We offer a salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
