Prestige Talent in Al-Khor, Qatar, is looking for a Head Baker to oversee daily bakery operations and ensure the highest quality of all products. You will manage production, scheduling, and inventory while leading a team of bakers to deliver consistent results.

The ideal candidate has at least five years as a baker with leadership experience, strong English skills (Arabic is a plus), and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker, preferably in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Must have a biometric passport or be eligible for one.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and food-safety knowledge.
