Job summary

Qureos in Doha seeks experienced Guide Supervisors to lead teams responsible for visitor guidance, crowd movement and operational support at large venues. You will supervise frontline staff, conduct briefings, resolve queries and coordinate with operations, security and safety teams while ensuring high standards of service.

Arabic language is advantageous, GCC experience preferred, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and dynamic event schedules. This role is based on-site in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in events, hospitality, customer service, security, facilities or large public venues.
• Strong team-management and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Arabic would be highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage teams in busy, high-footfall environments.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and operational schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline personnel.
• Allocate staff across designated locations and operational areas.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.
• Monitor attendance, appearance and performance.
• Ensure effective visitor guidance and crowd movement.
• Resolve visitor queries and elevate operational issues where necessary.
• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation arrangements.
• Prepare basic shift and incident reports.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
