Job summary

MapleClass Education in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a proactive Concierge Assistant to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest services at our property. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information to make their stay comfortable and seamless.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. You will coordinate with housekeeping, handle inquiries, and support administrative tasks while ensuring accurate cash

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with hotel software is a plus.

Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and customer service-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and support to our guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out process and provide necessary information about the property
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, events, or other services as requested by guests
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other points of interest to assist guests with their plans
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Handle cash transactions accurately following established procedures
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining guest records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office applications; experience with hotel management software is a plus

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The work schedule may include weekends and holidays as per the needs of the property. This position does not require English language proficiency.

Salary

The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
