Concierge for Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring a Concierge to join our luxury resort team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

This position is suitable for men who have their own visa.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide recommendations and make reservations for dining, activities, and transportation
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needsEnsure lobby area is clean and well-maintained at all times
