Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested.
• Ensure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractively.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor.
• Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service.
