Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
• Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns or complaints.
• Ensure that all sales are recorded accurately in the system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records.
• Keep the store clean and organized, restocking shelves and maintaining displays and price tags when no customers present.
• Follow all company policies and safety and security protocols.
