Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a courteous Restaurant Runner in Qatar to deliver food and beverages from kitchen to tables with speed and accuracy. You will keep the dining area tidy, support front-of-house staff, and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include verifying orders with the ticket, communicating with kitchen and bar teams, and assisting with bussing and refills to maintain a smooth dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the menu items, ingredients and dietary considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently, ensuring accurate delivery.
• Effective communication to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, relay information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to verify orders against tickets and address discrepancies.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
• Verify orders against the order ticket and ensure completeness.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service and handle special requests.
• Provide courteous, attentive service and address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with servers and hosts to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
• Assist with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and supporting overall restaurant operations.
