Job summary

Minor Hotels’ Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar By Tivoli is seeking an energetic Food & Beverage professional to support daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will promote high standards, ensure sanitary practices, and deliver top-quality service across outlets.

You will lead and train a cohesive team, foster collaboration, manage daily staff relations, and empower colleagues to resolve issues while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards across F&B outlets
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure compliance with brand standards
• Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with F&B standards and brand guidelines
• Develop and maintain a strong team environment and empower staff through training
• Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving by team members through training and empowerment
