Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of work experience in corporate governance and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Qatar Foundation QF Governance Manual and related policies.
• Draft and update governance documents to align with approved frameworks and templates.
• Document decisions and resolutions accurately for effective decision-making.
• Provide governance-related support to Hiring Department and promote adherence to ethical standards.
• Prepare policies for Members orientation and workshops; maintain governance tracking tools.
• Support compliance programs and liaise with Legal department for reviews.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure governance quality.
