Job summary
Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking Satellite Communications Field Service Representatives (FSR) to install, troubleshoot, and repair deployed ICP locations. The role requires overseas deployment with a primary base in Doha, Qatar, and frequent travel across Southwest Asia.
You will work with a team to support servicemembers and contractors in challenging deployments. Applicants should have VSAT experience, IP knowledge, and Cisco routing/wirewall familiarity, plus the ability to work
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or other technical field preferred.
- Knowledge of VSAT communication equipment and IP fundamentals.
- Experience with Cisco routing and firewall technology.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair deployed systems (VSAT, LAN, wireless).
- Troubleshoot and repair VSAT, LAN, and wireless hardware.
- Provide 24/7 onsite support and respond to trouble calls across the region.
- Coordinate deployment of new MWR ICP technologies and equipment.
