Al Emadi Enterprises in Doha seeks a Marketing & E‑Commerce Specialist to manage our digital storefronts across real estate, automotive, marble, luxury retail, hospitality, and events. You will own the online customer journey and drive ROI through optimized campaigns.

The role covers e‑commerce ops, digital marketing, and events, requiring 3–5 years’ GCC experience, proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, and Google/Meta Ads, and bilingual English/Arabic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience spanning e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and event management within the GCC market.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), Google Analytics, and ad management platforms (Google/Meta Ads).
• Ownership and autonomy: able to work independently with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English and Arabic preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and business development.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations: take full accountability for daily e-commerce platform operations including listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• UX & Conversion: continuously optimize the customer journey to improve CRO, reduce cart abandonment, and improve site navigation.
• Performance Analytics: track e-commerce metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Campaign Management: plan, execute, and monitor performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Content & Social: manage content calendars and ensure visuals align with premium brand identity.
• Events Management: plan, coordinate, and execute events and product launches in Qatar and internationally.
• Event ROI: track lead generation, sales impact, and brand visibility.
