Job summary

Al Emadi Enterprises in Qatar is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the group’s marketing and e-commerce initiatives across real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, and other portfolio businesses.

You will shape strategic marketing plans, manage cross-channel campaigns, and accelerate online sales while ensuring a consistent customer experience and brand voice across all entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA advantageous.
• Senior marketing experience across multiple fast-paced industries valued.
• Proven record of data-driven marketing, social-media, and e-commerce campaigns.
• Experience growing online sales, improving e-commerce conversion, and managing paid-social.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: design and implement marketing plans across diverse sectors.
• Brand Management, Corporate Communications, PR, and events to safeguard the brand.
• Campaign Execution and Digital Optimization: manage multi-channel campaigns and e-commerce.
• Social Media and Content Leadership: own group-wide social strategy and content cadence.
• Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: mentor a marketing team and align with executives.
