Scale AI is seeking a senior learning leader to own and scale the national learning platform, driving adoption of Gen AI use cases across public sector audiences. The role blends design, delivery, and regional representation, with a focus on localization and measurable adoption outcomes.

You will lead flagship programs, develop a modular AI literacy catalog, and partner with vendors and national bodies to ensure scalable, impactful learning at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development with ownership of a learning function or program at scale.
• Public sector or government experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical foundation in Gen AI and ability to teach concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning system and lead LMS strategy, rollout, and certification.
• Scale programs across geographies with localization for language and culture.
• Deliver high-stakes workshops and translate Gen AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
