Job summary

QA is seeking an AI & Software Technical Solutions Lead to drive learning product design across AI and Software portfolios. Location: UK/Remote with travel.

You will shape bespoke, off-the-shelf and certification-aligned solutions and lead customer engagements to articulate learning approaches and business value. You will work with Portfolio Directors, Sales and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable, outcome-driven learning experiences and contribute to portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of designing, developing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modes (classroom, digital, blended, virtual).
• Experience estimating solution development effort and meeting targets.
• Thought leadership: blogs, advisory boards, webinars.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI and Software & Dev Ops learning solutions across digital self-paced, instructor-led and blended delivery models.
• Shape bespoke, off-the-shelf and certification-aligned products aligned to customer needs and commercial value.
• Create content for digital learning products and instructor-led courseware that is engaging and outcome-focused.
• Support customer discovery, pre-sales and solution-shaping engagements with Portfolio Directors and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Directors, SMEs and vendors to ensure certification requirements and curriculum alignment.
