Job summary

Flip retail seeks an experienced FM Engineer in Doha to support Facilities Management operations. You will maintain records, ensure SOP adherence, and coordinate requests from clients and technicians to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years FM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and CAD. Qatar driving license and availability in Qatar preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FM environment.
• Working expertise of plans, prints, requirements, and schematics connected with trade.
• Strong ability to lead a mixed workforce including sub-contractors.
• Competent in MS Office and CAD efficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for Facilities Monitoring procedures and maintain records.
• Ensure FM team is proficient with operating procedures for all works.
• Coordinate job requests from clients and project timetables.
• Ensure tasks meet relevant requirements and safety standards.
• Ensure SOP compliance and clarify duties for FM staff.
• Ensure safety regulations, risk assessments, and training are updated.
• Provide training to all personnel and respond to emergencies outside hours.
• Maximize efficiency and quality of service across designated work.

Job Certifications:
