Job summary

Flip Retail seeks a Facility Engineer - FM Maintenance to lead maintenance operations, manage FM contracts, and ensure P&L targets and accurate financial reporting. You will coordinate with center service technicians and supervise both soft and hard services to meet SLAs and upkeep schedules.

You will enforce HSE standards, perform safety trainings, liaise with client representatives for issue resolution, and ensure compliance with regulations and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• GCC: 4 years preferred.
• Facility upkeep: 2 years required.
• Arabic language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FM contracts ensuring 100% client contentment and report updates to OM/GM.
• Oversee P&L targets, financial reporting, and cost collection.
• Appoint and schedule work tasks with service technicians per contract.
• Supervise soft and/or hard services teams to meet SLAs and maintenance plans.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and coordinate training and induction.
• Coordinate with client reps to address issues and maximize satisfaction.
