Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee driver coordination, fleet readiness, and related document management in Doha. The role requires coordinating daily driver duties, updating SAP records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will act as a hub between drivers, site supervisors, and the operations team, communicating daily updates, and supporting incident reporting and scheduling of maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
• Experience coordinating drivers and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of SAP and document control processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign driver duties and daily operations to meet service levels.
• Monitor driver attendance, leave, grooming, and uniform compliance; report non-compliance.
• Manage renewal of documents such as licenses, passes, IDs, and permits; maintain records.
• Serve as liaison between drivers, site supervisors and operations; relay client and site updates.
• Oversee vehicle readiness, safety accessories, maintenance scheduling, and SAP movement records.
