Job summary

Apply Now in Doha, Qatar, seeks a technically proficient Fire & Gas (F&G) Supervisor with hands-on maintenance experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Chemical plants. You will supervise F&G maintenance teams, plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and breakdown work, and ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, JSA, and HSE procedures.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and 5–7 years of relevant F&G maintenance, with strong RCA,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
5-7 years hands-on Fire & Gas maintenance experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG or Chemical plants.
Proven supervisory experience leading maintenance teams.
Knowledge of NFPA, ATEX, PTW, LOTO, RCA, and HSE procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for Fire & Gas systems.
Lead maintenance teams during operations, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities per procedures and HSE requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and vendors to resolve issues and review logs/records.
