Job summary

SkyCrew in Al-Khor Egypt seeks a skilled Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, and keeping the dining area clean. Fluent English is required; Egyptian nationality preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Weekend availability.
• Egyptian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
• Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and accurately.
• Accept payment from customers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation.
