Want More in Al-Khor is seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join a busy restaurant. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Accommodation is provided for the right candidate; recent graduates with relevant experience are welcome.

Fluent in English and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Offer suggestions and upsell menu items.
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally.
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with table set-up/tear-down.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Khor. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
