Job summary

WealthGuard USA is seeking a skilled Waiter for our Al-Khor restaurant. You will provide exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate has waiter experience in a fast-paced setting, excellent English communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include guiding guests, serving food and drinks, recommending menu items, handling payments with a POS system, and maintaining pristine table presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter in a busy restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, ingredients, and allergens.
• Handle guest complaints with grace and escalate to management if needed.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Keep tables clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
