Job summary

SkyCrew in Al-Khor Egypt seeks a skilled Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting menus, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, and keeping the dining area clean. Fluent English is required; Egyptian nationality preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar in a high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to multitask under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Weekend availability.
• Egyptian nationality preferred.

A renowned restaurant in Al-Khor Egypt is seeking a skilled and experienced WaiterWaitress to join our team As a WaiterWaitress you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers

• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Check on customers periodically to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and accuracy
• Accept payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a WaiterWaitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Knowledge of different types of wines spirits cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Egyptian nationality preferred

Salary $1000 per month

This position does not include accommodation Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate
