Job summary

Value in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, financial operations, and payroll processing. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS, budgeting, and corporate taxation.

The candidate will manage month-end close, cash flow, and external audits while ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with local regulations. Experience in real estate, construction, or trading is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, WPS, taxation, budgeting, audit, and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage payroll processing and WPS salary transfers.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar tax regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and tax requirements.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Maintain strong internal financial controls.
