Job summary

machconsultants in Qatar seeks an experienced IT Project Manager who is Arabic-speaking and PMP-certified, with at least five years of IT project governance and strong financial management skills.

You will oversee budgets, milestone invoicing, scope and change control, contract management, and multi-vendor delivery, applying MS Project/MS EPM on projects involving Azure Cloud, SharePoint, Data/AI, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Project Management experience.
• PMP certification mandatory.
• Arabic-speaking candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, financial governance and profitability.
• Experience in scope management and change control.
• Experience in contract management and multi-vendor oversight.
• Exposure to Azure Cloud, SharePoint, Data/AI, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects while monitoring budgets, financial governance and profitability.
• Oversee milestone-based invoicing and project financial performance.
• Manage project scope and implement change-control processes.
• Coordinate contract management activities and monitor contractual obligations.
• Oversee multiple vendors and coordinate project deliverables.
• Track project milestones, timelines and delivery progress.
• Apply PM practices to technology projects involving cloud platforms, collaboration systems, data/AI, cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, using MS Project and MS EPM.
