Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair for complex equipment at customer locations. You will lead cross-functional teams and act as escalation point, ensuring high uptime and customer satisfaction.

Travel to customer sites worldwide is expected, with a strong focus on safety, documentation, and data-driven service improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Relevant diploma certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience in field service engineering or related technical role.
Strong technical knowledge of complex machinery and systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting with diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
Interact with customers to understand requirements and provide training.
Maintain records of service activities and equipment status.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules to prevent issues.
Collaborate with engineering, sales and support teams.
Provide feedback to engineering for product improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and safety regulations.
Travel to customer sites domestically and internationally.
