Path2Success in Doha is looking for a sales-focused professional responsible for interacting with customers across Sales, Distribution and Merchandising, managing stock rotation and cash collection, and establishing strong relationships with customers.

The role includes supervising truck helpers, buddying new recruits, improving share of shelf and marketing execution, achieving individual sales targets, following journey plans, reporting competition activity, and ensuring timely service of

Responsibilities

• Interact with Customers for Sales, Distribution and Merchandising.
• Manage stock rotation and cash collection while building customer relationships.
• Supervise Truck Helpers / delivery assistants.
• Buddy new recruits when required.
• Improve Share Of Shelf and marketing execution.
• Achieve individual sales targets (cash and credit).
• Follow the journey plan to service assigned customers.
• Update the Trade Asset database.
• Deliver accurate competition activity reports.
• Report on new store openings.
• Provide leave coverage when required.
• Execute new product introductions / promotions in territory.
• Allocate time efficiently for each Customer.
• Provide feedback to next level on distribution and customer issues.
• Work towards department goals.
