Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandise plans and strategies to meet sales targets
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Research current trends in the local market and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop relationships with customers and manage customer inquiries
• Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulations related to merchandising activities
