Job summary

The Project Manager in Qatar will oversee end-to-end delivery of KAHRAMAA-compliant utility projects, ensuring KPI achievement and robust reporting. Responsibilities include leading meter reading, disconnection/reconnection, inspections, and field operations while coordinating with KAHRAMAA on planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in utility operations, field services, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large-scale field teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and water distribution systems.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full execution of meter reading, disconnection, reconnection and inspection activities.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, including meter reading cycles twice per month, 2-day disconnections, and immediate reconnections.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and resources; coordinate with KAHRAMAA on CWR planning, prioritization, execution.
• Oversee unauthorized consumption verification and revenue protection activities.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation and system updates.
• Monitor contractor performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead coordination meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
