Job summary

Path2Success is seeking a field-supported professional to assist end-users with surgical devices, under the guidance of senior clinical staff. You will participate in installation, troubleshooting, and training during procedures, ensuring device performance and patient safety.

The role involves on-site demonstrations, CME-supported training, and collaboration with sales and service teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery in the Doha region.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-level clinical and customer support to end-users under guidance from Sales Lead or Senior Application Specialist.
• Resolves routine Tier 1 issues to ensure customer satisfaction and proper information transfer.
• Supports installation, troubleshooting, and training during surgeries as needed.
• Delivers product demonstrations and participates in CME sessions and supplier training.
• Keeps manager informed of upcoming projects, opportunities, and support needs within scope.
• Provides backup support for routine sales and product delivery activities as directed.
