Role Purpose
To support and grow SECO Healthcare's portfolio of POCUS, ultrasound-guided procedures, anesthesia & pain, vascular access, interventional radiology, MSK/orthopedic applications and related interventional technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for assigned POCUS and interventional technology portfolios.
- Conduct product demonstrations, applications and user training for ultrasound and POCUS systems.
- Support clinicians during product evaluations, trials and adoption.
- Provide application support for ultrasound-guided procedures including MSK, regional anesthesia and nerve blocks, vascular access, pain management, sports medicine/orthopedics and selected interventional radiology procedures.
- Develop relationships with physicians, clinical users, biomedical teams, procurement departments and key decision-makers.
- Support quotations, evaluations, tenders, product trials and commercial follow-up.
- Provide first-line technical and application support and coordinate deeper service requirements with the technical service team.
- Support installation, commissioning and handover of equipment.
- Develop assigned OEM/principal relationships and maintain product knowledge.
- Maintain CRM pipeline, opportunity tracking and sales forecasts.
- Work toward defined revenue, gross profit and product-conversion targets.
- Develop competence across complementary technologies including RF systems, pain-management technologies, diagnostic devices, ECG/vascular assessment systems, and procedure-related accessories and consumables.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ultrasound / POCUS applications.
- Experience with one or more established ultrasound platforms such as Esaote, Konica Minolta, Mindray, GE, Philips, Samsung, Fujifilm, Sonoscape or equivalent systems.
- Ability to independently conduct clinician demonstrations and application training.
- Comfortable working across sales, applications and first-line technical support.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Commercially oriented and willing to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar where applicable.
Highly Preferred Experience
- MSK ultrasound.
- Regional anesthesia / nerve block applications.
- Vascular access.
- Emergency and critical-care POCUS.
- Ultrasound-guided pain procedures.
- Sports medicine and orthopedic applications.
- Interventional radiology exposure.
- RF systems such as Avanos, Nimbus, RF Medical or similar.
- Previous sales responsibility and experience in product evaluations and conversions.
- Experience working with clinicians during live procedures or case support.
