Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking team members to support shop operations in a fast-paced 5-star hotel environment. You will handle cash and card payments, arrange orders and deliveries, keep the shop clean, greet customers, and assist with stock control while maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel or laundry experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Responsible for handling the cash and cards payment.
• Arrange the ordering and delivering.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy.
• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
• Being vigilant at all times and to help minimize stock loss.
• Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
• Ensure any issues concerning customer care are reported to the Shop Supervisor.
• Practices ‘ Yes I Can’ attitude

1. Previous experience in a hotel laundry or similar position is preferred.
2. Experience operating commercial washing and drying machines.
3. Knowledge of ironing, pressing, folding, and finishing hotel linen.
4. Ability to sort linen, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry correctly.
5. Knowledge of handling different fabrics and laundry chemicals safely.
6. Ability to identify and report stains, damage, or missing items.
7. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
8. Follow hotel laundry procedures and quality standards.
9. Ensure linen is properly folded, packed, and stored.
10. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced 5-star hotel environment.
11. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
12. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift laundry bags.
13. Good teamwork and communication skills with housekeeping and other departments.
