Job summary

ORYX Gas To Liquids Ltd in Doha seeks a facilities maintenance professional to coordinate repair, preventive maintenance, and modifications across civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related building systems. You will own the Permit To Work (PTW) system for the ORYX GTL secondary area and represent the asset manager.

The role requires 5–6 years in oil and gas maintenance, a high school diploma or Diploma in a related field, and strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Diploma in Business Administration or related field (mechanical/electrical trades, HVAC, plumbing).
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office used for daily tasks.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilities repair and maintenance accountability.
• Contracts administration oversight.
• Monitor and review preventive maintenance schedules for lifts, elevators, generators, and related systems.

Job description

Job Purpose

Coordinate facilities maintenance activities including repair modifications alterations maintenance of civil electrical mechanical HVAC plumbing as well as other related building systems by resolving contractors issues preparing and reviewing accomplishment reports and ensuring HSE requirements are incorporated Is responsible for the ownership of Permit TO Work PTW system at ORYX GTL secondary area and act as a representative to asset Manager

Minimum Qualification

High school Diploma. Diploma in Business Administration or related field (mechcnical/electrical trades, HVAC, plumbing).

Minimum Experience

5 - 6 Years of experience in a similar position in the Oil and Gas Industry. Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedure.
