Job summary

Oryx GTL is seeking a facilities maintenance professional in Qatar to coordinate preventive and corrective activities across civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems. The role owns the PTW system for the secondary area and represents the asset manager in daily operations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a relevant diploma, with 5–6 years in Oil & Gas or related industries. Strong communication, safety focus and ability to drive improvements are essential.

Job description

Coordinate facilities’ maintenance activities including repair, modifications, alterations, maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing as well as other related building systems by resolving contractors’ issues, preparing and reviewing accomplishment reports and ensuring HSE requirements are incorporated.Is responsible for the ownership of Permit TO Work (PTW) system at ORYX GTL secondary area and act as a representative to asset Manager.

• High school Diploma.
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field (mechcnical/electrical trades, HVAC, plumbing).
• 5 - 6 Years of experience in a similar position in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedure.
