Media City Qatar seeks an experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee safe, compliant, reliable, and cost‑effective operations across sites in Qatar. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of facilities operations, maintenance, MEP, property management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from prioritization through closure with stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily facilities maintenance covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building systems.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and QA/QC documentation.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors: scope, permits, site access, supervision, quality, punch lists.
