Job summary

Americana Restaurants Maintenance Supervisor position in Qatar leads in-house technicians and external vendors to maintain restaurants, commissaries and offices to global standards for MEP, safety and branding. You will drive SLA performance and coordinate with regional operations to ensure seamless operations.

The role includes Capex/Opex planning, energy initiatives and team development to optimize maintenance workflows in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 5-7 years in an overall Restaurants Maintenance background.
• Strong hands-on and supervisory experience on Kitchen Equipment and MEP, plus knowledge of Qatar regulations.
• IT Skills: Field Management System, MS Office, CAFM Software, IoT based apps.
• Language Skills: English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reactive Complaint / PPM: manage response time for technicians and external vendors per SLA/KPI.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management: serve as direct POC for the Operations team and respond during restaurant hours.
• Capex and OPEX Management: execute annual Capex plan and manage monthly/yearly OPEX budgets; minimize external vendor work.
• Energy and Sustainability Management: support IoT projects, thermostats, water/gas usage, solar installations.
• Team Management: train in-house and external vendors; plan shifts and priorities.
• Personal Growth: pursue skills development and leverage digital tools in daily work.
