Job summary

JLL on-site in Doha, Qatar, seeks a facilities and property operations professional to oversee daily service delivery and guest experience. You will support engineering, cleaning, and procurement, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement while upholding health, safety, and regulatory standards across the building.

Promote a healthier work environment, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely completion of tasks within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property management or hospitality.
• Experience in client services and SOPs and internal/external communication.
• Able to multitask and respond to multiple projects with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healthier work environment and support community wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure readiness of the building for the working day and operations.
• Identify issues and work with operations teams to resolve them and maintain incidents.
• Support risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Communicate impacts of scheduled works to clients and leadership.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and assets for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Assist with IT and facilities services to deliver best-in-class guest experience.
