Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional in Doha, Qatar, for a supervisory catering role. The ideal candidate will lead hotel banquet and events, ensure food safety with HACCP standards, and manage teams across diverse cultures.

Strong English communication is essential. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or HND in a hospitality discipline, HACCP certification, and at least 8 years in catering with 2 years in Banquet/Event Management and 3+ years in a supervisory

• 8 years of hotel or club catering experience, incl. 2 years in Banquet/Event Management and 3+ years in supervision.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• Experience dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
