Job summary

Qatar National Bank is seeking a senior professional to manage Global Structured Finance transactions, coordinating structuring, credit processing, documentation and distribution for corporate, private and institutional clients. The role supports the VP Loan Syndications & Distribution and EVP Global Structured Finance to ensure timely execution and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• University graduate with high scholastic achievements.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in a corporate banking industry or related fields.
• Major in Law, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing required.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Primary Transaction Officer responsible for the structuring, credit processing, preparation, loan documentation, execution and distribution of Global Structured Finance transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, credit and marketing presentations for new or prospective customers; or periodic reviews and monitoring of existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure all legal and security documents are complete and compliant with international standards.
• Maintain data, MIS reports and market intelligence to support decision making and business development in Global Structured Finance.
