Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking an Executive Chef to lead Malayalee cuisine operations. You will design menus, source ingredients, train staff and manage kitchen budgets to deliver authentic and high-quality dishes.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of Chef experience focused on Malayalee cuisine, fluent English, strong leadership and organizational skills, and solid knowledge of food safety regulations. Malayalam proficiency is a plus, English-speaking environment.

Executive Chef - Malayalee Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of Malayalee cuisine in our restaurant. Your main duties will include creating menus, sourcing ingredients, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality standards, and managing inventory and budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, with a focus on Malayalee cuisine
• Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
