Workato in Doha is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and shape the restaurant's menus. The role focuses on creative development, high-quality execution and guest satisfaction across international and local audiences.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in a senior kitchen role, strong leadership and deep knowledge of Middle Eastern and Qatari cuisines, with flexibility to work shifts and a valid working permit in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef with a proven track record.
• Creative approach to menu development and trend awareness.
• Knowledge of international cuisines, especially Middle Eastern and Qatari.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
