Avanta Works seeks an Executive Chef for our fine dining restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will lead the kitchen, craft innovative menus and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a diverse team, uphold high standards of quality and hygiene, and collaborate with management on events and promotions. Excellent English communication is required and flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in fine dining.
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent English communication.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, high-quality menus meeting guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation ensuring consistency and quality.
