Job summary

Northbourne Advisory in Doha seeks an Executive to join our growing team on the agency side. You will work across leading cultural organisations to turn exhibitions and partnerships into compelling strategic stories that build reputation and reach new audiences.

This role is ideal for someone early in their communications career who wants hands-on learning, exposure to diverse clients, and a foundation for a career in strategic communications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in PR, consultancy or communications.
• Excellent writing and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without dropping detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and deliverables across your assigned workstreams.
• Draft content for reports, press materials and strategic plans.
• Liaise with clients on routine matters and day-to-day requests.
• Support coordination across internal teams and functions, including scheduling and documenting meetings.
• Help keep projects on track, on time and to a high standard.

Northbourne Advisory is hiring an Executive to join our growing team in Doha.

We are looking for someone who understands the arts and cultural landscape, the institutions, the audiences, the media and the moments that matter.

You will work with leading cultural organisations on strategic communications programmes, helping turn exhibitions, programmes, partnerships and major cultural moments into stories that build reputation, reach new audiences and create lasting impact.

This is a role for someone early in their communications career who wants to learn from the best, work across a range of clients and build the foundations for a career in strategic communications.

Role type: Full time, agency side

What you will do

• Manage timelines and deliverables across your assigned workstreams
• Draft content for reports, press materials and strategic plans
• Liaise with clients on routine matters and day-to-day requests
• Support coordination across internal teams and functions, including scheduling and documenting meetings
• Help keep projects on track, on time and to a high standard

What you bring

• 3–5 years' experience in PR, consultancy or communications
• Excellent writing and organisational skills
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the detail
• Experience with Excel and monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, NewsDesk, Cision and Brandwatch
• A proactive, reliable approach and a genuine appetite to learn
