Job summary

NTU International A/S, leading a consortium for the EU-funded project Egypt Drawdown Facility, seeks a Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator to support the logistical and administrative organisation of workshops, conferences, training activities, expert missions, institutional exchanges, study visits, and other Facility activities in Doha, Qatar.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in workshops, events or trainings.

Responsibilities

• Support logistical and administrative organisation of workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, institutional exchanges, study visits and other Facility activities.
• Coordinate participants, venue arrangements, travel and accommodation, and event documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and beneficiary institutions; manage related communications.
• Demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills within the local operating environment.

Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Drawdown Facility.”

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator to support the logistical and administrative organisation of workshops, conferences, training activities, expert missions, institutional exchanges, study visits, and other Facility activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions and/or study visits.
• Experience with participant coordination, venue arrangements, travel, accommodation and event documentation.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and beneficiary institutions.
• Good organisational and administrative skills and knowledge of the local operating environment.
