Job summary

NTU International A/S in Doha seeks a Senior Non-Key Expert in Communication & Visibility to support the EU-funded Egypt Downtown Facility. The assignment focuses on high-quality communication, dissemination, knowledge management, capitalisation and digital storytelling of results.

The candidate will contribute to media materials, event reports, success stories and ensure compliance with EU visibility requirements, while coordinating with partner entities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or international relations.
• English level C1.
• Arabic level C1.
• French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and visibility activities for EU-funded projects.
• Prepare communication materials, success stories, event reports and dissemination products.
• Ensure knowledge management, capitalisation and dissemination through digital platforms to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EU partner entities and implement EU visibility requirements.

Senior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Visibility

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: Egypt Downtown Facility.

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Communication & Visibility to support technical assistance assignments related to communication and visibility, knowledge management, capitalisation, dissemination, digital communication, and promotion of EU-funded activities and results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
• English: C1 level.
• Arabic: C1 level.
• French is an asset.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience implementing communication and visibility activities for EU- or donor-funded programmes.
• Experience preparing communication materials, success stories, event reports and dissemination products.
• Good knowledge of EU communication and visibility requirements.
• Experience in knowledge management, capitalisation and dissemination through digital platforms.
