NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for an EU-funded project called “Egypt Downtown Facility.” The Senior Non-Key Expert – Institutional Cooperation will support technical assistance, peer-to-peer exchanges between public administrations, and capacity development activities, including expert missions and study visits.
The role requires a Master’s degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, with knowledge of EU institutions and public administrations.

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.
In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – Institutional Cooperation to support technical assistance assignments related to institutional cooperation, peer-to-peer exchanges between public administrations, TAIEX and Twinning instruments, expert missions, study visits, and institutional capacity development.
