Job summary
Mekdam Holding is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support business process analysis, ERP alignment, workflow improvement, and digital transformation initiatives in Qatar. The role requires professionals with strong experience in business and process analysis, and practical knowledge of SAP and Power Automate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business or process analysis.
- Practical experience with SAP and Power Automate.
- Strong business process mapping and workflow analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Map business processes to ERP systems.
- Analyze existing business workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with SAP and Microsoft tools, including Power Automate.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
- Gather and analyze business and process requirements.
- Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
- Document business processes and workflow requirements.
- Assist in implementing improved and automated business processes.
